We taste with the purpose of analysis.  In the tasting we identify the colors and the aromas, we recognize the influences and the style.

We pair with the purpose of pleasure. We drink at the table and the wine is never alone; there is food, there is people and there is occasion. We pair to match the flavors. We pair to get the best of the meals, the best of the wine and the best of the experience. Pairing is living, it's playing and sharing. Paring is the operation where 1 + 1 is more than 2.
